One month may feature the breathtaking beauty of the Red Sea with an accompanying explanation, and next month may show a kosher recipe for a traditional Israeli dish. Each recipe comes with an ingredient list, detailed instructions and a photo of the scrumptious dish.

The calendar also features all Jewish holidays and candle lighting times for the appropriate cities.
