U.M. Oceanographic Postcard

The Office of Admission mailed trifold postcards to prospective undergraduate students who expressed interest in attending the University of Miami. Each postcard highlights a current freshman chosen to draw attention to one of 180 undergraduate programs.

About 9,500 undergraduate students from every state and 111 nations study in the university’s nine undergraduate schools and colleges. They enjoy a student-faculty ratio of 11 to 1, coupled with exposure to cutting edge research, passionate teaching and a dynamic learning environment.

This postcard focuses on a student with an interest in oceanography. Maritime images were featured throughout to not only highlight the university’s oceanographic studies program, but to accentuate South Florida’s climate- a big draw for out-of-state and international students.
